A Message from Yapstone Regarding COVID-19
The global Coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, and our communities. During these unprecedented times, we wanted you to know that Yapstone is well prepared to support you and your business.
Our thoughts are with any of you that are directly or indirectly impacted by the virus. For any that are sick, we wish you a fast and speedy recovery.
We are taking care of our employees and are complying with restrictions from government authorities. We recently moved our employees working in Ireland to a virtual environment. Six Bay Area Counties have advised residents to Shelter In Place beginning Tuesday, March 17 until Tuesday, April 7. This requires all employees in the US to work from home during this period and limit interactions with others. We have contingency plans that have fully prepared us to work in a virtual environment. Our systems have been tested for remote operations and our workforce will use fully virtualized desktops that can be accessed anywhere without exposing customer data. Our telecommunications systems are fully distributed and can be used anywhere in a remote working environment. Rest assured, we are working hard to make sure your service will not be impacted.
We understand the disruption in the travel industry and the impact it may be having on your business, and we encourage you to provide a flexible cancellation policy for your travelers in order to deal with the downturn in reservations.
We appreciate your confidence in Yapstone and we want you to know how much we value your partnership. Don’t hesitate to contact us with anything you may need during this difficult time.
