Your personal data is processed by Yapstone International Limited (" YapStone ", " we ", " us " and " our ").

Your privacy matters to us. To better protect your privacy, we have developed this privacy statement 'Privacy Statement '). We provide payment gateway services, third-party payment processing services and payment provider services (collectively, the ' Processing Services '), through which users of online platforms or online markets make payments.

This Privacy Statement applies to you if you are an owner or property manager or other beneficiaries on whose behalf we provide our Processing Services (" Merchants "), an employee or agent of a Merchant or an individual who contracts with a Merchant ( or that represents a group of individuals that contract with a Merchant) and that uses our Processing Services to make a payment to that Merchant.
